Netrunner
Netrunner is a free, Debian-based Linux distribution featuring the KDE Plasma desktop. Built on Debian Stable, it ships with a curated set of applications and a polished default theme, making it a ready-to-use alternative to Windows or macOS for everyday desktop computing.
Netrunner comes in two active editions:
- The Netrunner Desktop Edition is based on Debian Stable and ships with a broad collection of applications suited for everyday use.
- The Netrunner Core Edition is a minimal build that lets you construct a custom system from the ground up. It targets low-resource hardware, including ARM-based single-board computers such as the Pinebook and Odroid C1.
A third edition previously existed — the Netrunner Rolling Edition — based on Arch/Manjaro. It has been discontinued in favor of Manjaro.
